Lucky Bird Fried Chicken was founded by Chef Chris Dane (Providence, Connie & Ted’s) and his wife Christine at LA’s Grand Central Market in 2018. Inspired by his California roots and the food he loves, our chicken features Dane’s citrus and herb brine and his signature light & crispy crust. With scratch-made recipes, local ingredients and hospitality that welcomes all, we offer up a modern take on comfort food.
